A long time ago, we posted pictures of Heath Ledger on the set of the last film he was shooting before his death. On the set of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Heath sported a variety of costumes including one that made him look like a crazy homeless person and one resembling a tragic clown.
After his passing, three actors stepped up to fill the shoes of the departed actor, Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law each took on the role to help director Terry Gilliam finish the film. Up until that point, about a third of the movie had already been shot with Ledger.
Because the story revolves around a supernatural mirror that transports individuals into various dimensions, Gilliam was able to bring in different actors to pick up where Heath had left off.
The first official shots from the movie have now been released.
