Additionally, her attorneys argue that it makes it easier for Britney to negotiate for custodial rights to her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline, knowing that there is a legal backup in place.
Considering the way that Britney's life has changed for the better since her father stepped in, we're going to consider this very good news.

She's been under her father's care for a short time really. I'm for this arrangement and yes one day I'm sure she will be able to call her own shots. But until then I think it's great that she has a strong legal support system in place to protect her from vultures who would prey on her emotions like Sam Lufti and Adnan did.

I think its for the best for the time being that her father has control of her affairs. She was all over the place till he stepped in. There's been a marked improvement in her since he came on board. She seems to be getting things back on track.
