count as a horror film? Isn't something you play drinking games to? Do
a shot whenever she drops the f-bomb. Anyway, let's face it. She ain't busy and is making sure she gets the exposure. She's going to be calling Powerball numbers next after your local news.
Good news for her, though. A man named David Kim was suing Lohan for $55,000 for VIP security services that he claimed he provided for her and was never paid for. He has now formally dropped the suit, for an unspecified reason. Dina probably called and cursed him out.
Lohan claimed all along that she had never even met the man, let alone hired him to protect her.
So, she's cleared of cleared of fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and a whole lotta state labor violations. It doesn't seem like she took it too seriously. Lohan's legal eagles didn't even show up in court on Tuesday for the formalities.
