Today's Recapist Highlight: The OfficeIn the pre-credit sequence, we get to see how the Scranton crew celebrated Halloween. The opening shot of Stanley sitting in a Creature from the Black Lagoon mask made the episode for me. Phyllis made an adorable Raggedy Ann and no one should be surprised that Kelly dressed as Carrie Bradshaw from "Sex and the City." Kelly couldn't believe that Stanley wore a costume as he "hated" Halloween. Phyllis informed her that he wore the mask so he could sleep at his desk. Kelly was having trouble walking in her Carrie-esque heels and asked Phyllis to help her walk to her desk. Ryan stepped in, he gladly volunteered and told Kelly she looked "amazing." Kelly didn't recognize who Ryan was supposed to be and he told her he was Gordon Gekko, Michael Douglas' character from "Wall Street" (how obscure, but how totally Ryan) and Kelly said "Oh, like on the insurance commercials."
