Las Vegas is certainly a favorite celeb hangout for Halloween, and the gala premiere of Criss Angel's Believe by Cirque du Soleil was a great excuse to bring a bunch of them out to the city of sin.
Paula Abdul looked like she was wearing a costume, but I think she is just crazy and so are her fashion choices. But, the biggest news of the night seems to be that Holly Madison and Criss have decided to come out as a couple. Rumors circulated a little over a week ago that the two were spotted canoodling at a Vegas lounge, but a romantic connection was denied. Seems the two just can't handle hiding their love any longer.
