The main suspect in the killings of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew will remain in custody in Chicago. Parolee William "Flex" Balfour was apprehended two weeks ago and is considered the prime suspect in the murders. Balfour in prison at least through December 3, when a full hearing will be held to determine if he violated his parole. Innocent until proven guilty, but A) his girlfriend reportedly told police he carried a gun that matches the murder weapon and B) triple homicide kinda violates parole right?

Oh, and then he issued a gay slur in the following threat - "And tell that ... who said all that ... in the paper, I'd like to break his ... legs."Sometime people ARE as dangerous as they look.
