For her humantarian efforts with the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) and her body of work as an actress, Nicole Kidman was included in the list of women honored by Glamour magazine for their Women of the Year awards.
Nicole joins an esteemed list of women that include Hilary Clinton, Soledad O'Brien, Jane Goodall and Condoleeza Rice, just to name a few. Recently honored by Elle, Kidman was the picture of glamor, showing up in a body-hugging white dress with her husband Keith Urban by her side that made them look as if they should be perched atop a wedding cake.
The new mom talked with Glamour about slowing down her career to accommodate the needs of her growing family. "At this time in my life, I want to be giving to my relationships. And out of that, whatever work you do prospers because you have more to give." Yes, Nicole, take a nap or two. We get the feeling you work way too hard.
