Pretty soon, the cast of Twilight led by Robert Pattinson is going to come stepping out of your fridge to make sure you go and see their movie. In the meantime, they are going to creep from the shadows and into every aspect of pop culture.
Here’s “Edward Cullen”
himself, looking like he’s straining to hear a question from a teen
girl in the audience at the Hot Topic in Orland Park, Illinois because
she’s too busy sobbing and hiccuping and hiding her secret cutting of
his initials into her arms because she’s so overcome. She’s asking you to bite her, dude.
Even their soundtrack is overtaking the charts. The Twilight soundtrack (featuring new tracks by Muse, Perry Farrell and Paramore)
just bumped Aussie old school rockers AC/DC off of the top of the
charts after a two-week stay. It’s the first soundtrack in two years to
make #1. Of course it is, they’re vampires. They can hypnotize people,
and turn into mist!
