The first Twilight movie has yet to premiere and already the production company behind the film, Summit Entertainment, has secured its future in the franchise by purchasing the rights to the next three books in the five book series.
Writers have already been assigned to develop the Stephenie Meyer teenage vampire romances New Moon and Eclipse, with a writer yet to be assigned to Breaking Dawn.
Already, fans of the book series have responded overwhelmingly to the cast of Twilight, starring Kristen Stewart as the story's protagonist Bella Swan. In fact, here she is getting signing autographs for fans at Hot Topic (a vampire fan hangout) with co-star Nikki Reed.
It's hard to tell if Kristen is looking sultry, or completely annoyed. Either way, it's hot.

Technicly it is a four book saga. Midnight Sun is a companion novel to Twilight, so they go hand in hand. Only if Midnight Sun was a new novel in the saga, would Twilight be a five book saga.

If the 5th book is Twilight, in Edwards perspective i would like to read it and watch the movie. I deff know there doing a movie for New Moon and Apparently for Eclipse and the hopefully for Breaking Dawn and the 5th Book. It could be bigger than Harry Potter. I deffinatly like the Twilight Series better i cant stop watchin twilight and i LOVE the book, were as harry potter isnt really my thing.
