After watching the showstopping live performances delivered by pop superstars Christina Aguilera and a bootyshaking Beyoncé Knowles who whipped her ponytail around with the precision of a surgeon, watching a barely-moving Rihanna sing her new single "Rehab" was pretty disappointing.
Seeming to rely on her heavily-styled hair, dominatrix outfit, random accessories (a bedazzled eye-patch, really?) and pyrotechnics, Rihanna hardly appeared to be the young one in the bunch as she could barely see fit to step around sexily and flipped her hair once or twice for emphasis.
Maybe her interpretation of a woman strung-out on love was just a little too realistic.

I freakin love this b*tch but I'm honest with myself and others about the fact that her vocals are just barely average. She's the epitome of a manufactured persona...which isnt even originial either because she looks like Kelis circa 2005

Yeah I gotta agree. Her voice is kind of bland. Sounds the same in every song. But honestly was anyone surprised that her performance was lame? I wasn't considering her performance at the VMA's with T.I. was a snoozefest also.
And BTW, she looks like a combination of Tina Turner from Thunderdome and Slick Rick.

she is very beautiful but its gona take more than beauty for me to become a fan of hers. when i look at her i pass her looks, i look at her as an artist and she lacks talent in every possible way.
