Having taken up residence in New Orleans, Brad Pitt continues to prove the point that the best charity starts at home via his Make It Right organization.
Gracing the cover of the latest issue of Architectural Digest, the Benjamin Buttons star has overseen the building of 6 homes from the total goal of 150 for residents of the Lower Ninth Ward left devastated in the wake of the destruction left by Hurricane Katrina.
"You have no idea what a high it is for me to see the delight on people's faces when they see how these homes work," the mustache-sporting actor told the mag. "This project is not mine anymore. It's so beyond me."
