Allegra is a long-time anorexia sufferer. Poor girl. And with a mother like that....
It's funny and sad at the same time - Donatella can use plastic surgery to hold back aging on every part of her body except her legs. I never noticed before how "old-lady" they look. (I'm an old lady - I should know.)

I can't imagine the dynamics going on there... being skinny to win her mother's approval/attention... or possibly literally disappearing so she won't have to fight her mother for power.
