Alright, I think Suri is the one refusing to wear a coat and their compromise is to wrap her in a blanket. Someone needs to remind them that they are the parents and that means that when they put her in a coat, it stays on, and she can't take it off when they're outside.

Suri's cute but WAAAAAY too damn spoiled. Tom and Katie aren't doing her any favors by allowing her to be insufferable. The rest of the world won't think her demands and tanties are cute.
