The recently suffering from mange Victoria Beckham takes center stage in the newest issue of Harper's Bazaar in which some of the photos feature her in her own designs. She debuted her line of ten dresses at New York Fashion Week
in September to mostly favorable reviews. And that's a pretty mean feat
for a chick who was previously wearing platform sneakers and shouting
about "girl power" in a pop band where she admittedly couldn't sing.
Beckham was interviewed about her line by the Times Online and rumors that she doesn't actually create her clothes were brought up. Posh claims she does.
"Do I draw? No. Then again, nor do lots of designers. But I put it all on myself and walk around in it, and I know what feels comfortable. I know how a dress should sit. I've worn so many in the past and when I see the photographs I think, crikey, my boobs are up round my neck again because the corsets are too short and not cut high enough. Like I knew I would spend a lot on the best-quality zips because, like many women, I've had my share of crappy zips."
So, she at least picks out the zipper which is a lot more than some of these other celebs do. You know Heidi Montag just sent a telegram to the sweatshop that said "keyword: slut" to give them an idea of what she wanted for "Heidiwood."

I'm not quite sure how I feel about her as a person, she just may be all right. So far I like what I see of her line. And I am very design forward. Ralph Rucci, Valentino, Yohji Yamamoto,etc. She just might do alright from what I can see.
