We had our suspicions that the Jessica Alba pictures for the Campari calendar for 2009
looked a bit too skinny and now they've been confirmed with these
side-by-side comparisons of shots taken during the photo shoot that
were untouched. Sounds like this is a pretty rampant occurrence, but still annoying.
Jessica's definitely thicker around the hips and waist in the photos that didn't end up in the calendar, revealing that severe tweaks around her most curvy areas were made courtesy of Photoshop.
The weird thing is just how unnecessary the change appear to be. Granted Jessica might be annoying, but she can hardly ever be accused of not having a great figure.
What do you think? Did she need retouching or not?

tina says:
she is amazing looking but why marry Cash Warren, he is a step better than FedEx.
Jeanie says:
She looks better un-photoshopped. The photo on the right looks like she had a couple ribs removed.
Assassin says:
She looks great in the original. Sure, tweak up the lighting and contrast and play with the colors as they did in the retouch, but why change her already great shape? Plus whoever Photoshopped the belt did a really bad job. The left side is totally the wrong angle. Too bad everything is Photoshopped nowadays before anyone will publish it. No wonder people get complexes.
Jane says:
I remember the shock and awe of discovering how young female models were in the 1980's, barely teenagers. From that point on, I refused to get a complex from magazines. I only compare myself with other local women, my age, whom I witness about town.
Char says:
Nice cameltoe.
Nikita Kondraskov says:
She might want to think twice before selling her body to campari again.
They ruined her natural beauty in an attempt to attract teenage alcoholics.

I like her better untouched.
