"This is going to reinforce her icon status," said Barry Weiss, chairman and CEO of the BMG Label Group, which includes Spears' label. "It's not just a No. 1 album."

"Professionally, she's feeling great. ... It's great for her to hear that she's got a No. 1 album again," her manager Larry Rudolph said.
Brit's last album Blackout debuted at #1 as well, but that was back in the crazy days and she didn't promote it (at least consciously) and it quickly faded. But this is her definite comeback! "If You Seek Amy?" Comic genius!

Just like her management was able to buy her the undeserved VMA awards with her own money, they were now able to buy lots of her own record - with her own money.
