film as she was when her face took up the entire portion of Jamie Foxx's office in Dreamgirls. That was her greatest performance.

She's looking to star in a remake of the classic Judy Garland film that Barbra Streisand's regal self remade in the 70s. There's also some rumor that Will Smith and Jennifer Lopez might be involved. There is no way in hell J. Lo and Beyonce are going to star in the same movie. IMAX screens couldn't contain the amount of ego present.

she is a fabulous actress! she also has an amazing voice and its sad that some people dont see that because B is one of the rare entertainers who has the talent and does not just rely on drama/ gossip and the media to propel her into the public spotlight for all the wrong reasons! shes made it to where she i today because she has the talent and the determination so i dont see anything wrong with her wanting to do more movies..

I agree that she's talented but maybe instead of seeking to do a remake of a movie that has already been done three times she could look for an original screenplay to star in? A Star is Born was perfected the 2nd time w/ Judy Garland and James Mason, save recycling for cans and paper.

I'll be the first to say I am NOT a Beyonce fan. HOWEVER, she is an excellent performer and very talented singer. Although this may be the case, she is NOT a talented actor. I am sick and tired of singers trying to venture off into areas that they are not skilled in. She has the singing in the bag but should leave the acting to pro's. Some people are multi-talented and can make seamless transitions into serious film roles(such as Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah). Beyonce just needs to quit trying...that is one thing she has not "mastered" and I don't anticipate she ever will!!!
