On his campaign to reassure the American public that he is no longer scary, couch-jumping maniac, Tom Cruise stopped by David Letterman's talk show during promotion of Valkyrie and read Dave's top ten list for the evening.
The list contained some pretty harmless jokes about Tom, none of which used the words "Scientology," "glib" or "turkey baster," so of course, Cruise was able to take them in good humor.
But the one I found confusing was this one: "I believe all emotional and psychological disorders can be cured with Vicks Vapo Rub." It would be funny if it weren't true. Seriously. My abuelita cured my mom's dyslexia by putting some Vicks on her chest and some wool socks on her feet.

Vicks vapo rub!! OMG, I actually had an abuelita who thought that either vicks or tylenol or a combination of the two would cure anything. She called Vicks "vi-va-po-roo"
