Notorious publicity mongers Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are raising eyebrows that perhaps their little wedding stunt was no more than that--a publicity stunt.
The "legal" ceremony that was filmed for an episode of The Hills in a Los Angeles might not hold up in court. L.A. Superior Court official Allan Parachini told the NY Daily News that not only did he not recognize the judge who officiated the ceremony, but most nuptials don't take place in a courtroom.
Although it is possible that the blond twosome did, in fact, get hitched, Parachini says, "There's absolutely no way we could say definitively that this did or did not happen," adding that neither a court clerk or court reporter appeared to be present.
As much as I wouldn't be surprised to find that these two peroxide addicts are lying, I'd hate to have to admit that they're good actors. How delicious would it be if Heidi had no problem dragging her parents through the whole experience only to have been faking the whole thing? That's their punishment for giving birth to something so foul.
