This case just gets more and more twisted. Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott's shooting death was initially reported to be a case of illegal substances-fueled Russian roulette. The Beverly Hills police department has apparently changed their minds or gotten CSI on the case because it's now considered to be a homicide. Wow.
Two separate arrests have already been made but the suspects, Shaha Mishaal Adham and Kristian Muradaz, were released.
"I have not been informed by police that my client is again at all a suspect," Adham's attorney has stated.
And there is no motive known at this time. Ruffalo was found in an his apartment suffering from a gunshot wound to the head on Dec. 1 and died in the hospital a week later.
