Hot senior citizen (the future is now) Paris Hilton
was burglarized early this morning at her Hollywood home, and lost over
$2 million worth of jewelry and other belongings. That's no fun.
Hopefully they were humane burglars and relieved her of all those dogs
she has going unattended and starving around her house.
An LAPD source that the burglary took place at 5 AM this morning and the thief of thieves entered through an unlocked door. If you have $2 million in belongings (and herpes medication), wouldn't you install a deadbolt? Here's the victim in Madrid on Dec. 28, wearing a multi-colored dress and visiting the 'Gran Via 28' Telefonica store.
Officer April Harding of the LAPD said that a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves ransacked Hilton's bedroom, took unknown property and fled. It was totally Benji Madden, he wants his jewelry back.
Police believe that this burglary isn't connected to a string of other robberies that occurred at the homes belonging to director Willliam Friedkin, Duran Duran guitarist John Taylor and country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
The fairy dusted Hilton wasn't home at the time of the robbery, because the sight of her in the morning before the swan dive into her makeup vat would surely have scared him straight.
