Often seen smiling for paparazzi when she steps out with daughter Suri Cruise in tow, Holmes stepped out in a festive red coat that did little to distract from her ragged appearance.
Girlfriend has been rehearsing arduously for the production of All My Sons while hubby Tom Cruise has been steadfastly hitting the movie promotion circuit pretty hard for his film Valkyrie, and missing out on some key family events. They need to learn how to take it easy, like Suri does. It's important to set aside time to stop and eat the cupcakes. I would have said "smell the roses," but it's not nearly as filling or delicious.

She's doing a play, 3.5 hrs a day tops (Wed and Sun 7 hrs. tops), and her part is supporting, and it's not a costume drama, nor is she playing Quasi-Moto. So less prep time. She's not in rehearsals. She's got a nanny to help with the baby. How burnt could she be? Prolly just has a cold.
Besides, Tom in his infamous video, told the Sea Org (who often work 16 hr days with only 2 dys off a year, and get abused badly) he'd like to take a vacation but he can't (on a count of having to clear the planet and save this part of the galaxy I assume), you know JUST LIKE THE SEA ORG DOES. We can assume he speaks for Katie and ALL the loyals on this point.
Just a thought, wouldn't clearing the planet go quicker, if they lowered the prices? J
