The British-born actress describes herself as being "pretty average" physically but claims that any attention paid to her figure is the result of at-home workouts, rather than grueling hours spent at the gym. In an interview with Elle, Winslet says, "I don't go to the gym because I don't have time, but I do Pilates workout DVDs for 20 minutes or more every day at home."
Well, whatever she's doing, it looks like it's working.
