P. Diddy has a knack for making all major world events about him. It's a gift, really. He could turn the most innocuous happening into an excuse for a splashy party with hot tubs, Ciroc vodka, strippers and blown up pictures of himself. He just layers on the tackiness with wild, wild abandonment.
This time Diddy is annoying presidential inauguration planners by treating the Jan. 20th event like it's a night out at a club.
Seeing as he rallied for the presidential-elect, Diddy doesn't feel as though he should have to pay his way into the event like other classier celebs (Halle Berry and Sharon Stone both coughed up $50,000).
"It's hilarious," said one insider. "Sean Combs is trying to get four tickets to the inauguration. He's acting like it's a party at Bungalow 8, like they should just let him in. He's too cheap to pay and thinks he can just show up."
Here's guessing he'll try to order bottle service and try his damnest to get Obama to give him a shout-out during his speech.

There will be the inevitable shot of him holding a bottle of champagne, dripping in diamonds with his mouth wide open.
