The Ghost Whisperer actress has had a three-year restraining order placed on a crazed fan, who has sent Jennifer Love Hewitt
more than 120 threatening letters. Hewitt was pushed to the edge when
Nolte showed up at her mother's home on Dec. 21, leaving flowers and
three new notes for the actress on the doorstep.
In his correspondence with the now-single actress, 62-year-old David Nolte wrote of his "delusional and violent fantasies about having sexual relations with Ms. Hewitt...marring her, impaling her and envisioning her fiancé with his head blown off."
