Making her way back onto television, RuPaul will soon be premiering
the drag queen competition reality series on Logo. At the World of
Wonder gallery last night, Ru hosted an event to promote the upcoming
premiere in Hollywood.
In a promo video on YouTube, the drag queen extraordinaire sasses, "Hey Tyra, step back girl. The queen has returned. And you can tell Heidi: Clear the runway. Miss RuPaul is back to pump some 'realness' into reality!"
According to a tipster, RuPaul and Charo both had some difficulty actually getting into the event because "the fire marshall was being so strict." You might think it's nuts that Ru would have problems getting into her own event, but think about it, between the wigs, hairspray, fake eyelashes and oil-based make-up in the area, this was some pretty flammable territory we're talking about.
