Cameron Huston is Spencer's sister Stephanie's ex-dude, appeared on The Hills, and allegedly pissed off that reality show geek Spencer.
Star reports that political traitor Spencer rolled up on aspiring actor Cameron Huston at Coco De Ville in West Hollywood, and they had a 10 minute shouting match that turned into a slapfight. Spencer won because the other queen had to go to the ER.
"Cameron had to be taken to a local hospital," a source said. "There was blood; there was screaming. It was a major scene."
Cameron's Mom told Star that dojo visitor Spencer's attack was completely "unprovoked." Uh, Ma, can you not add to my humiliation by talking to the tabloids? Just call the principal and complain instead.
