Rumor has it that both George Clooney and Juliana Marguiles
will be returning to the show that made them (or one of them at least)
famous. The actors (who portrayed bedpan-crossed lovers Dr. Doug Ross
and Nurse Carol Hathaway) are reportedly going to be involved in ER's final season on NBC.
E! reports that Clooney is taping scenes this week on a closed set. And ET says that Marguiles is joining him. It's not like she has anything else to do. Ghost Ship sunk and there are only so many "crusading lady lawyer" shows on basic cable to go around.
Plus, Clooney obviously needs something to do. They HAVE kept in touch.
