Usually, I'm pretty anti-bows or flowers on a dress, but in the case of 16-year-old Miley Cyrus, it helped keep her floor-length black gown from appearing too old on her slight frame.
The pop star wore an original design by Max Azria, which she said on the red carpet was specially "bedazzled" by the designer for Miley. I can't see the sparkles of which she speaks, which is probably a good thing, meaning they're more subtle than they sound. With BCBG heels on her feet and jewels by Atelier Swarovski and Mimi So, Miley was working the accessories.
All in all, well done, Miles.
