In her ongoing quest to convince us that she's cooler than you think, Gwyneth Paltrow
showed up at the Grammy Awards last night in a spangly gold and silver
minidress, complete with sexy silver heels and grey hose. The actress
was all smiles, as her hubby Chris Martin and his band Coldplay racked up an impressive array of awards throughout the course of the evening.
Someone who need not do anything to convince us of her awesomeness is one Ms. Cyndi Lauper. Always one to rock the cool hair, Cyndi's bright blonde mane was piled atop her head and she wore an oversized tuxedo jacket with fishnet-style hose and black heels. Very Working Girl.
Dressed in electric blue sneakers and a matching poofy dress in a bright blue and turquoise patters, rapper M.I.A. should very well be described as looking ridiculous, but she's funky fresh and pregnant to boot, so I actually really love this look. The bright yellow brow and nail polish are the perfect final touch.
Big winner of the evening, Adele kept it simple in all black. Maybe she knew her Grammys would be accessory enough.
