Hugh Hefner has officially made his offer to have Kate Winslet appear on the cover and in an upcoming spread in Playboy. Hugh thinks Kate, serious British actress and mother of two, would really strike a chord with the same male readers who jerked it to Aubrey O'Day last month.
"There's no question we would be interested in Kate. It's a competitive market, more than it used to be, so she would be a most welcome addition in our pages," he said.
Yeah, we'd say Kate is finally ready for Playboy. It only took an Oscar, two Golden Globes and a BAFTA, for Hugh to notice (he's a toughie) but now she's finally ready to slather on the orange, sip a few margaritas with Karissa and Kristina Shannon at the mansion, and maybe even mimic Shauna Sand's footwear.
Maybe.
