Well, "punk" in the way that Avril Lavigne fits into that category. Kristen Stewart posed for the cover of the Mexican version of Nylon magazine in all her lip-sneering, leather-jacketed glory.
The young actress has a busy couple of years ahead of her. In the eight weeks between shooting Twilight sequels New Moon and Eclipse, the 18-year-old will be taking a break from vampire romance to film the Joan Jett biopic in which she will portray a teenage version of the punk rocker.
The actress told Parade magazine, "I really hope to be able to actually perform the music, but I just don't know yet. Hopefully I'll be able to tell you guys soon."
And right now, Stewart is promoting her film The Cake Eaters in which she plays a young girl diagnosed with a terminal illness. And for all you voracious Twilight fans, the actress says, "Literally, there wasn't a day that went by that we didn't have camera crews on set, so I'm sure that they have hours of footage to cut together for the eager audience."
