The legal team for Lindsay Lohan was successful in proving to Beverly Hills Judge Marsha Revel that the starlet had been taking her alcohol education classes, resulting in the removal of the $50,000 warrant for her arrest in regards to her DUI and hit-and-run.
Revel said she had been shown evidence "that Lohan has been compliant with [her] program." In addition, the Mean Girls actress is required to prove her enrollment by April 3.
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapmon Holley is claiming that the warrant resulted from a miscommunication. Holley explained, "It was just a misunderstanding. She's been doing everything right."
Really? Everything?
