Bravo seems to think so.
At the cable channel's 2nd annual The A-List awards, Billy Corgan did his best to look as uniformly white as possible on the red carpet next to tanorexic MySpace vixen Tila Tequila. Ugh. How much would you like to bet that she stained his suit orange? Gross. On a totally different note, I'd love to know what sunscreen he uses for his head. Clearly, it's the most effective brand on the market.
Bravo's darling, Kathy Griffin, was there naturally. The redheaded comedian kept it simple in short, sparkly black number. Like every female host for any given Hollywood event, however, she ended up changing into multiple outfits for her antics on stage.
Her new BFF Paris Hilton was there as well, still rocking the blunt Lady GaGa hairdo and wearing a sheath dress in her favorite color of bright pink. Ugh. I can't wait for them to have a falling out.

Tila Tequila is a Singaporean-born American. Her brown skin color is her own as she is NOT WHITE.
While I can't say for sure that she has not tanned, being Singaporean, it is not likely that she ISN'T naturally tanned...I mean really....
