Finally! Gwyneth Paltrow has realized that if she wants to make her POOP GOOP newsletter remotely interesting, she needs to spice it up with some gossip. The actress/Zen master recently posted what amounts to a blind item dressed up in relationship advice.
On her most recent issue, Paltrow writes:
Back in the day, I had a "frenemy" who, as it turned out, was pretty hell-bent on taking me down. This person really did what they could to hurt me. I was deeply upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous. I restrained myself from fighting back. I tried to take the high road. But one day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person. And my reaction was deep relief and...happiness.
Of course, Gwynnie then spins it to say how that was wrong and we should all be better people and buy cashmere trench coats. I'm not sure, I sort of tuned out after she stopped telling her anecdote of being bitchy. Yeah, we're going to go out on a limb and guess who she could be referring to.

Gwyneth Paltrow went over to Winona's house as a friend. Sat on her couch. Saw a script for Shakespeare in Love sitting on her coffee table. Excused herself. Called her agent, lobbied for and got the role which later got her Best Actress.

I heard the same thing Sebastien. I think Gwyneth's worst enermy is herself. She's a self absorbed ass. Of course she felt happy that Winona got caught steeling because she's so perfect, she'd never do anything like that. It really annoys me that she doesn't go out in public with her husband because they refuse to be photographed together. Do they really think they're that interesting that the paparazzi would follow them everywhere? By not being photographed together, to keep their private life private, they're escalating the situation so people are more interested in them. God she's annoying.
