Katie is wearing green color contacts intended to turn her brown eyes green but it just makes her look even more lifeless.
I can't understand why people wear color contacts it makes them look so plastic.
Paris Hilton and the Olsen twins have brown eyes and wear blue contacts whch is even worse.
