Before dance instructor Derek Hough as introduced to his celebrity partner Lil' Kim, the Dancing With the Stars regular was concerned that the rapper would bring some of her experiences behind bars with her on the dance floor.
Kim laughed to E!, "He thought he was going to get cut." Derek added, "I was like, 'I think I'm going to get shanked in the middle of a dance.' I'm serious. But the second she walked in there she was like a beam of energy, so sweet and so nice."
Kim's notorious reputation may have preceded her, but after a few licks on the dance floor, Derek quickly learned that underneath her bad-ass rapper persona, Kim's got a squishy center full of caramel and butterflies.
Hough added, "As the weeks went by, I just love her more and more and more, and I'm really excited to spend some time with her without teaching her and drilling her." Ooh, I doubt she wants to stop being "drilled."

I always suspected her hard-core persona was more of an act - any interview or unscripted time I have seen her she seemed like a bubbly valley girl to me.
Foxy Brown, on the other hand, is hard core. Lil Kim & others got off for good behavior in prison but Foxy got thrown in solitary confinement for keepin' it real & fighting behind bars.
