Tall drink of water that he is, Hugh Jackman showed up to chat with Ellen DeGeneres. The talk show host gushed about Hugh's award-worthy performance hosting this year's Oscars and they discussed the Australian actor's status as People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, including a gag that implied that George Clooney is now crank-calling the action star because of it.

So it isn't any wonder that the 40-year-old star of X-Men Origins: Wolverine was quite literally mobbed by fans when he took a recent trip to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. I mean, come on, niceties aside, if you saw THIS walking down the street, wouldn't you attack first and ask questions later?
And because he works hard for tha money, Hugh's got another project lined up already. Not yet done promoting his Wolverine flick, Jackman has signed on to star in the film adaptation of the graphic novel Ghostopolis. It's all very supernatural and I'm betting if anyone can make poltergeist slime sexy, it's Hugh.
