Yeah right, he's a total party animal!

I think I speak for most women when I announce that George Clooney has turned into the classic toxic bachelor. I don't find his middle aged party animal act at all appealing. Its more pathetic. He obviously plans to lead on one woman after another for another decade til he has an anxiety attack and decides he has to reproduce to ensure his immortality.

Worse still he looks REALLY REALLY old in some of his recent pics. The partying is making him look even older than he is.

What a pathetic and laughable argument.. speak for yourself and have a life instead of trying to speak for other people you have no clue about what they can think of a man you don't know at all

At one level Clooney is a great guy....he is an unflinching advocate for Darfur and other repressed people around the world and is kind to strangers (when hospital workers leaked his medical records .... including even his herpes infection ... after his motorcycle accident....he made sure noone was fired).

But he is 48 years old and has never had a long term relationship and is partying around the clock. That is truly pathetic whether it is a male or female. No kids, no wife, no nothing. I think that is very sad.

And I stand by my original story he is looking very very ragged lately. I wonder why he is drinking so much.

i think this is WAAAAAY too serious for such an insignificant incident.

All of the recent reports on him in the rags have been about his drinking habits.

When you reach the point where you are throwing up in bars its a good idea to take a time out.

Gossip girl: how much of his life do you know? Those past few months, you happen to hear what he did on evenings, what? Not even ten times... and you can tell, by reading accounts you don't really know how reliable they could be that he has a drinking problem... that's kind of strange...

And obviously you didn't read that much of the story or what of the part "that never happened" didn't you understand? Do you really believe that if he had really throw up on a public place, the story would have taken one whole week to emerge. And that ten days after, not even one photo has been released of such an event... give me a break...

There have been numerous reports in the press about George Clooney's drunken escapades on multiple occasions over the past year.

It is highly unusual for a man of his age (without regard to whether he is married) to be staying out late night after night getting totally drunk.

I think he isn't a toxic bachelor though. I think he has a "peter pan complex". He doesn't want to grow up. I think if he never falls in love and settles down with a woman he will deeply regret it at the end of his life.

I can't imagine anything more terrible than to end your life without experiencing a longlasting love with a mate whether it be gay or straight.

I'm always impressed by people who believe that they can draw up stars' psychological profile according to what they think they know about them based on what they read on gossip or tabloid magazines... and that they believe how they should live their lives according to their own standards... do we know who they really are or what their life is 365 days a year? Not at all.

"numerous occasions" seems not to be really more that ten or a dozen nights, described by some tabloids or gossips as the way they wanted to : why did they use those 5 or 6 photos they took on this or that occasions and not the thousands others ones? You can tell the story you want with digital photos and you can even induce them all you want with putting a comment which can be opposite of what really happened.
And I'm always quite surprised to see that the times gossip websites want us to believe he was totally drunk in a public places (in St Louis or in Miami), there were ZERO photos of that event... that speaks volumes to me.

I say we leave George alone. Believe it or not he is allowed to have some kind of personal life. He works hard and is a very bright man. He tries to help others when he is able so that they can have better lives and I think he should be allowed to be as human as the rest of us. He is also entitled (as a adult) to make his own decisions without being ridiculed. I think he looks great and I can't wait to see his next movies hit the theaters.....YOU GO GEORGE, I AM ROOTING FOR YOU!
