Haylie Duff is looking more and more like her sister Hilary Duff every day. That's do to a $20,000 makeover.
"Haylie had her nose done and her chin reduced," New York City-based plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas P. Sterry, who has not treated Haylie, told Star magazine, explaining that Haylie's nose has been shortened, angled upward and rounded off.
"I think they made her chin smaller by chipping away at the bone," he adds.
Now if someone can name five things Haylie Duff has done career wise, it will all make sense for the effort. Or maybe that was the point? She needs work and a new face will help her get some.
