Fresh off of her nomination for two Teen Choice Awards, female athlete and female reality/variety star, Shawn Johnson hit the red carpet at the 2009 CMT Music Awards. Shawn was accompanied by her Dancing With the Stars co-star Mark Ballas.
Shawn and Mark did their dip move they always do at every red carpet event the attend. I know it's getting old for me, I can only image how it must be for them.

It is understandable that gymnasts will put on weight when they stop training but American gymnasts tend to put on a lot more than others.
Retired Chinese gymnasts still look thin long after they hang up the leotards.
