In his assault case today, Chris Brown managed to negotiate a plea deal. The R&B singer will spend 180 days in a labor diversion program in Virginia, with 5 years of probation for his assault against ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Additionally, Brown is required to enroll in a domestic violence program.
Rihanna, who received a subpoena to testify, showed up at the courthouse in downtown Los Angeles dressed in all black and wearing dark sunglasses.
The hearing started around 1:30 p.m. PT with his family present in family seating.
UPDATE: The judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years. If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison. So Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the right to vote or carry a gun.
Brown left the courtroom ... just after he left, Rihanna walked in the courtroom. The judge is now explaining the deal to her. The judge is telling Rihanna about the protective order.

First off let me say this Yes it was wrong that CB hit RiRi but at the same time it has to be more to the story. I hate the fact that this has all happened because both CB and RiRi are amazing artist and they are still human. The only thing is that they both are famous and that we as fans let them know how much support they have! And I hope CB learned a lesson. Jus walk away! especially in a hostile situation. And all this stabbing and all that bullshit people talking thats you! Ur not a celeb! So with all that being said RIRI AND CB KEEP UR HEAD UP AND DONT STRESS OVER THINGS U CANT CONTROL!
