Michael Jackson's will explicitly laid out his desire to have his mother, Katherine Jackson, act as legal guardian for his three children. In fact, Michael specifically omitted his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, in his will, which is featured in the accompanying photo gallery.
However, the surrogate mother of Jackson's two eldest children said in a 90-minute interview, "I want my children." She also outlined plans to fight for custody.
Michael's mother, Katherine, recently filed papers for custody of all three children, claiming that they "have no relationship with their biological mother." To that, Rowe says in the interview, "I am stepping up. I have to."
Responding to claims that she is not the biological mother of the two children and simply acted as their surrogate, Debbie says she's willing to submit to both DNA and psychological testing. Let the games begin!
