After years of being one of the hottest deejays in the New York area, Wendy Williams is hitting the small screen. After a six-week tryout of The Wendy Williams Show last summer, it's back and is now a regular program.
Although she seems to have won most people over, Wendy tells New York Daily News that she has yet to win over her 8-year-old son, Kevin. "He wants me to interview Fred, the character from YouTube," says Wendy. "He'll tell me, 'Tyra had Fred on, Tyra's cool.' And all I can say is, 'Well, maybe someday I'll be cool, too.'"
Even the new show hasn't stopped Wendy's radio career. She can still be heard daily on WBLS, leading to Wendy's crazy schedule. She's up at 4:45 a.m., goes to the gym, gets into the office at 7, starts prepping for her morning talk show at 7:30 and is on air at 10. From 11 to 2 she's got errands and "quite time" until she's on the radio at 2 p.m. "I'm off the radio at 6," she says. "At 7, I'm back in the suburbs and my hair is in the drawer. It sounds like a full plate, but you know what? This is what I worked for, so I'm going to enjoy it."
She's already landed some fabulous guests like Vivica A. Fox, James Denton, Vanessa L. Williams and Kim Kardashian. Although her dream guest is Michelle Obama so they can talk about the fun things you can do at 45.
Whatever people think about her or have said, she is a hard working woman. She's even got a bestselling book. She may be loud, obnoxious, and sometimes annoying, but she's a worker.

You like a big girl who can't seem to find me;
others know me as "Standing Impossible".
"I'm like once upon a time....,
and you're like three times a lady".
1+1=2, and 2+2= 4 U.
The One and Only,
"Standing Impossible" a.k.a. Larry
