Although it's mom, Katherine Jackson, who is vying for custody of Michael Jackson's children, TMZ is reporting that Michael's sister, Rebbie Jackson, will actually be the one raising the three children.
In fact, the 59-year-old is currently with Katherine in Encino and is already involved in the daily care of the children. She and her husband of 20 years reside in Las Vegas and has fostered a close bond with the kids since their birth.
These inside family sources (I'm going to guess one of them is LaToya Jackson because we all know that one can't keep a secret) say that whether or not Rebbie becomes legal guardian for the kiddos, there's no question that she'll be primarily responsible for their day-to-day care.
