For her infamous lifestyle newsletter, GOOP, expatriate Gwyneth Paltrow posted a video of herself deboning a chicken to show how to make a "quick, homemade dinner" of chicken and roasted potatoes.
The actress, whose PBS food series with Mario Batali rarely showed her actually eating, and her chef co-star teased that Paltrow exercised for "three hours a day."
The meal itself actually looks quite simple and delicious and Paltrow kicked it off by saying, "I'm going to make what I call fast food--super easy!" and then demonstrated the recipe in a mere 7 minutes.
Somehow, I still doubt this will be enough to win over Anthony Bourdain.
