Although Chris Brown currently has a restraining order on him to prevent physical contact with his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, the singer was spotted just across the street from his ex in New York City.
While Rihanna dined at Cipriani with her producer, just outside of the restaurant, photographers spotted Brown looking anxious as he chatted on his cell phone. He sat in his in SUV while paparazzi snapped these shots.
This is, of course, arousing suspicions that a reconciliation might be in the works for this troubled couple. It's not like Chris can use the excuse that he didn't realize Ri-Ri was the woman sporting that trademark giant bouffant.
