Wearing minimal make-up and sporting some blond locks, actress Lindsay Lohan went for a shopping outing at Ina in SoHo. Lohan was quite possibly celebrating the fact that she's working again.
The starlet dressed up in a tiny black dress and knee-high strappy boots, but the most noticeable aspect of look is on her face.
Lindsay's pursed lips appear to be more plump than usual these days, sparking speculation (in my mind) that she have received some sort of lip injections recently. I really wish she would have consulted me first. I would advise her to dye her hair before she started fiddling with her face again.
