In case you were wondering just how to obtain a figure like Kristin Cavallari's, subsist on a healthy diet of protein, vegetables and lots and lots of stress.
The star of The Hills claims that although her menu consists of eggs, fruits, chicken and salad--among other "really healthy" items, her busy schedule sometimes keeps her from remembering to eat.
Her hectic pace this past month has kept her from exercising regularly. Cavallari tells Us Weekly, "I did some lunges and push ups in my hotel room [before presenting at the MTV VMAs]. I've been a little stressed out. It's terrible, but stress can make you lose weight I guess."
Kristin also says of her rumored John Mayer love connection, "I literally met John one time for five minutes." Well hey, little lady. That's usually how long his long-term relationships last.
