The aspiring rock star even had a big pair of scissors and everything, to cut the pink ribbon for the event, for which dozens of people had lined up to receive free makeup.

As much as people want to paint her as some party girl, shes not.
The only time you see her out is at events and the girl doesn't even date. Its to the point that even I'm beginning to wonder about it.
